We are just back from a week long stay at Nireas and overall we were delighted. Would definately recommend a maisonette for space, but the smaller apartments are great value for money. Brilliant location, well maintained and a decent sized pool. Theo the barman was great with the kids (and the adults !!) - we were a group of 11 and everyone was happy....no mean feat !!! A quick walk to the left and you were at the beach, walk to the right and you are in the bustling village. we are already planning a return visit.
Great little place to spend time with the family. Lovely little pool. 500m from the beach, 300m from Acharavi main street.
Cracking little bar which serves very nice meals. Dimitri and co are very friendly and nothing is too much for them all. Thank you for a great holiday.
I was looking at some of the bad reviews, they were a while ago, maybe it was bad timing? the staff are lovely, the pool is very nice, large, very clean, plenty of sunbeds. great location, 2 mins from beach. food is ok, apartments are ok, quietest air con i ever had! dreamy air con! there are cats, they are all lovely, no bother at all, if you like cats you will love it, if you don't like cats, well, just ignore them. its basic and its budget, but you get more than that, as i said, staff are great, place is good, location brilliant. would go back np.
Absolutely perfect location every thing you really need when your on holiday would recommend to anyone.

It's been almost 20 years since I holidayed in Acharavi. It's my favourite town on Corfu.
My partner and me booked our holiday through Thomas Cook, although we flew Ryan Air. We booked a fortnight in mid-September to get good weather and avoid the summer crowds.
The Nireas Studio Apartment assigned to us was quiet and peaceful. Utilitarian but comfortable.
We were delightfully entertained by the hotel cats, one of whom had four kittens.
We sailed from Kassiopi to Corfu Town, and visited the Monestary at Paleokristizza. Lovely places.
A lovely place to stay just a distance from the airport, clean rooms though beds a bit hard, clean towels everyday, bed changed every 3rd day, rooms were kept nice and bug free from the cleaners good job done thank you, lovely people always helpful when needed, pool very nice plenty of sun beds, clean and not to cold, food was nice not that we ate there much but baguettes were really tasty and all made to order fresh, come out of gate turn left up to the beach great restaurants buy drinks from them have a free bed right at the sea edge, not much sand as it is a pebble beach but really nice, turn right some local shops and a few bars, overall we had a great holiday here my husband and I would recommend.
What a brilliant place, perfect location, spotless & spacious apartments. Air con a must to help clear the mozzies. Pool quiet & well kept. Bar great value with friendly service. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been a toaster!
Thank you to all at Nireas, we’ll be back.
Spent 16 nights at Nireas during August 2017. Great value, very relaxing stay. Location ideal. Short walk to Main Street for supermarket, bars, restaurants. Similar walk to sea and seafront restaurants. Lovely pool which was well used but never seemed crowded. Loungers were always available. Fantastic hard working guy in the bar (Theo). Rooms are well appointed with adequate equipment for preparation of breakfasts and snacks. Beds
