Policy

Booking Policy

Bookings via email or telephone:

  • All bookings made via email or telephone require a deposit of 30% on the total amount due, which is to be paid in a bank account provided
  • Receipt of this down payment is to be sent to email nireascorfustudios@gmail.com and the name appearing on the receipt should correspond to the name under which the booking was made. We will then send you the booking confirmation with your name, the total amount due and the exact dates of your arrival and departure. It is adviseable that you print and present this on your arrival along with your I.D. or passport. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day of your arrival to the person in charge of NIREAS - Studios and Apartments.
  • In order to book accomodation at NIREAS - Studios and Apartment you must be 18 years of age or older.


DEPOSIT POLICY

  • A 30% deposit on the full amount due is to be paid within 3 days after your reservation to a bank account provided by us or by credit card.
CHILDREN

  • All children under 3 years stay free of charge
  • Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.

ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Check-in is 15:00
  • Check-out is 11:00
  • For check-out between 11:00 - 18:00,(if the room is not booked) there is a sur-charge of 30% of a full day’s rent.
  • For check-out after 18:00-00.00, (if the room is not booked) there is a sur-charge of 50% of a full day’s rent.
  • If you are due to arrive after midnight, you are kindly requested to inform us.

BOOKING ALTERATION / CANCELATION

Extending your stay...
Should you wish to extend your stay at NIREAS - Studios and Apartments after arrival, the Reservation Department cannot guarantee that you will keep the same apartment or studio.
Should you wish to extend your stay at NIREA - Studios and Apartments before arrival, you are advised to contact our Reservation Department as soon as possible.
Booking Alterations
For alterations to your arrival and/or departure date(s) you are requested to contact our Reservations Department in due time to ensure availability.
Should you wish to shorten your stay after arrival, you will be charged 50% of the foreseen amount for the remaing days.
For all other alterations you are requested to contact our Reservations Department a minimum of 15 days before your expected arrival.

 

Cancellation Policy

Should you wish to cancel your booking, you are required to contact our Reservations Department in due time.
For booking cancelations, the following fees apply:

the deposit is not reimbursable !!
For cancelations made within 22 days before the expected date of arrival, the full amount is reimbursed (minus possible bank transaction charges and the deposit).
For cancelations made within 14 to 21 days before the expected date of arrival, 50% of the the amount (minus possible bank transaction charges and the deposit ).
For cancelations made within 13 to 7 days before the expected date of arrival, 75% of the the amount (minus possible bank transaction charges and the deposit).
For cancelations made within 6 to 1 days before the expected date of arrival, 90% of the the amount (minus possible bank transaction charges and the deposit).

If there is a no-show on the expected date of arrival up until 23:00,
the full amount due is charged.
For departures before the expected departure date it is charged the full amount for the remaining days.
